摘要
胆汁中幽门螺杆菌DNA的发现使得幽门螺杆菌与肝胆疾病的关系日益成为研究的热点，现就近年来原发性肝内胆管结石患者胆汁中存在幽门螺杆菌感染的相关文献进行复习，藉此探讨幽门螺杆菌能否在胆道系统中生存及其与原发性肝内胆管结石之问可能存在的关系。
Study of the relationship between helicobacter pylori has became a hot topic becaus of the detection of helicobacter pylonc DNA. We reviewed the recent literatures about helicobacter pylori infection existing in the bile of the patieuts with primary intrahepatic stones, and discusseol wheter helicobacter pylori could exist in biliary system and the relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and primary intrahepatic stones.
