摘要 目的:探讨氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂同步放化疗治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法:选取2004年2月至2007年6月我院收治的Ⅱb-Ⅲb期宫颈癌患者,随机分成两组:同步放化疗组19例,单纯放疗组18例,观察两组治疗疗效和副反应并进行比较。结果:同步放化疗组有效治疗率为78.95%,单纯放疗组为50%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);同步放化疗组不良反应高于单纯放疗组,但两组之间无统计学意义。结论:氟尿嘧啶联合顺铂的同步放化疗治疗宫颈癌疗效肯定。
