Objective: Discussion tumor blood vessel condition and cervical cancer radiotherapy sensitive relation and clinical practice value. Methods: (CDFI) appraises the radiotherapy before the colored Doppler blood stream developing the tumor blood vessel condition, major targets or quotas for quantitative determination of tumor blood vessel drag index RI; After tumor blood vessel putsation index PI and observes the radiotherapy, the tumor retrogression result, the tumor abates completely to respond completely that the tumor reduces 50% for the partial response. Result:after 30 example cervical cancer patient 21 example radiotherapies, to respond completely that 9 examples responded for the part, in the group with complete response, the average tumor blood vessel drag index RI (0.61) is higher than partial response group (0.39) (P 〈0.01 ) Complete response group average tumor blood vessel putsation index PI ( 1.21 ) is higher than partial response group (0.62) (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Cervical cancer blood vessel production activeness and deficiency oxygen cell activeness and pelvic cavity lymph node shift close related, appraises the tumor oxygenate situation through the CDFI analysis tumor blood vessel condition, tumor blood vessel drag index RI and putsation index PI and the emission sensitivity present is related, may instruct cervical cancer radiotherapy and the forecast radiotherapy effect.
