胰腺实性假乳头状瘤21例 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（SPT）的诊断、治疗和预后。方法回顾性分析山西省肿瘤医院2000年1月至2007年12月收治的21例SPT的诊断、治疗及预后。结果21例患者肿物均完整切除，手术方式有标准胰十二指肠切除术（SPD）、标准左侧胰切除术（SLP）、中段胰切除＋胰肠吻合术、肿块切除术。随访时间3～84个月，21例均无瘤生存。结论SPT是一种罕见的多发于年轻女性的交界性肿瘤，常缺乏特异性的临床表现，其中CT和细胞学检查被列为黄金组合。SPT有潜在恶性，手术切除是其治疗的首选方案。
