摘要
信息时代使我们的社会发生了很大的变革,网络化,数字化,信息化,给各行各业带来了新的机遇与挑战。面对知识经济的浪潮,作为公共服务机构的图书馆要通过服务创新的方式提升自身竞争力,更好地为社会服务。本文基于图书馆"服务供给"模型,分析了我国图书馆现状以及如何推动服务创新的进行,并提出了意见和建议。
The knowledge economics bring a great innovation to our society. Owing to the network, digital and information technology, all kinds of industries are facing both chances and challen ges. It is necessary for the libraries to enhance ability to serve for the society in the tide of knowledge economics. Based on library＂Service Supply＇model, this paper analyses the current condition of our libraries and how to bring service innovation into effect, and also gives some suggestions.
