摘要
对图书馆服务链的特点、分类、模型以及图书馆服务链与知识组织链、用户知识需求链之间的关系作了分析与研究,指出图书馆服务链是为用户提供全过程、全方位、一体化、个性化知识服务的最有效方法。
In the present paper, the features, the types, and the models of the service chain of libraries are characterized, and an analysis is made concerning the relationship between the service chain of libraries and the chain of knowledge organization together with the chain of readers, desire for knowledge. It is thus pointed out that the library service chain in the most efficient way that can be used to serve the readers through in an all- round, unified, and individualistic manner.
