摘要
随着PMU在电力系统中的广泛应用,需要现场对PMU装置进行测试,保证其测量数据的可靠性,然而PMU的检测不同于RTU的检测,也不同于保护装置的暂态检测,需要进行动态检测,因此就提出了PMU测试仪的开发和研究。PMU测试仪能够准确测量PMU装置的动态性能,统计误差,通信规约等性能。首先介绍了PMU装置的现场测试方法,然后是测试仪的硬件结构,动态向量数据的两个分析方案,最后是测试仪系统的软件程序。PMU测试仪的研制解决了在现场对PMU装置的进行动态测试的问题。
With PMU widely used in the power system,we need test PMU in the fields to ensure the reliability of measured data. But the testing of PMU is different from RTU, neither the testing of relay device,it needs dynamic checks,so present the research of PMU tester.It can measure the dynamic performance,statistic errors and communication specification accurately. This paper first illustrates the field testing method of PMU,then the hardware of tester and two analysis schemes of dynamic Dhase data,last the software Droaram.The development of PMU tester can solve dynamic testing of PMU in the fields.
