摘要
在Delphi 7软件平台上完成了一套高精度制冷工质温度-体积-压力(PVT)测试系统的软件设计。采用统一建模语言(UML)规范了程序开发流程,优化了系统结构;利用Delphi 7的多线程设计,实现了实验过程的数据采集、显示及输出控制;采用改进增量式PID算法对恒温槽的温度进行了控制,最后进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,该实验系统温度测量不确定度小于±5 mK。
A high accuracy pressure-volume-temperature (PVT) measurement system for refrigerants was developed on the Delphi 7 platform. Adoption of a unified modeling language(UML) , the process for the programme's development was standardized, the structure of the system was optimized. Using of the multithreading design, the data sample, display and output control of the ex- perimental process were implemented. The ameliorative incremental proportional-integral-differential(PID) control algorithm was used to control the temperature of thermostat. Experiment results indicate that temperature uncertainty of PVT measurement system is less than ±5 mK.
