摘要
针对现有热泵热水控制器存在造价高、人机界面不够友好等问题,在分析热泵热水机组的工作原理及其控制需求的基础上,给出了以ARM9和ADuC834为核心的热泵控制器的设计方案,并介绍了控制器的系统结构、各主要模块的工作原理及电路设计和系统的软件总体架构。系统联机运行结果表明,该控制器运行稳定可靠、操作方便、界面友好。
Aiming at high cost and unfriendly man-machine interface of existing heat pump controller, on the basis of the principle and control requirements of heat pump, a new heat pump controller was designed with the core of ARM9 and ADuC834. The overall structure of the controller, the working principle of main modules and the software architecture were also introduced. The experimental results show that the controller is reliable, stable and easy to operate.
