摘要
纳米材料的形貌与团聚控制正成为研究的热点。以聚乙烯醇(PVA124)作为模板、采用液相沉淀法在常温下控制合成了特殊的链状纳米氢氧化钙。通过透射电镜、粒度分析和红外光谱表征表明该链状纳米氢氧化钙能以相对稳定的聚焦态存在,且PVA124与所制备的氢氧化钙间存在较强的作用,而并非简单的吸咐;电导率、紫外可见光谱、TG-DSC等表征表明,钙离子与PVA侧链羟基间存在络合作用,并通过示意图模拟以PVA为模板聚集形成纳米链状沉淀的过程。
The researches on the shape and aggregation control of nano-materials are emerged recently. The Ca(OH)2 nano-chain was obtained with PVA124 as template by liquid precipitation at room temperature. The results of TEM, particle size distribution curve, and IR spectra indicate that this nanometer Ca(OH) 2 is aggregated into chain stably. And the interaction between PVA124 and obtained Ca (OH)2 is more likely to be chemical coordination than physical adsorption. The mechanism was detected by the measurement of the conductivity, UV spectra, and TG-DSC. Due to the complexation between Ca^2+ and PVA-OH, the Ca(OH)2 nano-chain can be formed by PVA template. Its formation process was shown in the schematic.
