摘要
从溶胶制备、凝胶干燥和粉末培烧三个方面综述了纳米α-Al_2O_3制备过程中团聚的机理和控制措施。表明制备溶胶时选用合适的pH值、加入高分子分散剂,溶胶干燥时采用低表面张力的有机溶剂,喷雾干燥、冷冻干燥,培烧时加入晶种有助于制备小粒径的α-Al_2O_3纳米材料。
Agglomeration mechanisms and its control measures in synthesizing α-Al2O3 nanometer materials
by Sol-Gel technique are reviewed in three aspects :sol-preparation,gel-drying and power-sintering.It is concluded that aproperiate pH.macromolecular dispersant,organic solvent,spray-drying,freeze-drying and α-Al2O3 seeds are beneficial to synthesis of small-grain α-Al2O3 nanomaterials.
