摘要
加强大学文化建设是大学提升核心竞争力的需要,是大学实现社会服务功能和文化引领功能的需要。国外大学在长期的办学过程中,其大学文化建设形成了鲜明的特点,积累了丰富的经验,对我国大学文化建设具有重要的借鉴意义。当前,借鉴国外大学文化建设的特点,加强我国大学文化建设,应着重从牢固树立以人为本理念、注重大学精神的挖掘和培育、重视大学物质文化的创新几个方面入手。
Cultural advancement plays a key role in upgrading the core competitive power of a university, which is necessary to a university whose mission is to serve the society and lead the people to higher-guality civilization. Several foreign universities have formed their own distinctive styles of cultural advancement with plentiful experience accumulated after long-time running periods, and their experiences are worthy to learn for China＇s universities. In this respect, adopting the idea of ＂people first＂, stressing the excavation and cultivation of ＂campus spirit＂ and making much account of the innovation of material culture are all of far reaching importance.
