摘要
目前猪肉及其制品仍是世界上人体旋毛虫病的主要传染源。本文主要对旋毛虫的致病性和检验方法进行了探讨,为更好地进行肉类旋毛虫检验,对做好动物性食品的卫生管理,保证市民食肉的安全,控制人畜共患病有重要意义。
At present, pork and its products are still main infection sources for human body trichinellosisa. In this article, mainly discusses the reason of disease and inspection method, which have important significance for meat inspection better, animal foodstuff health supervision, ensuring the safety of citizen in eating pork, and controlling zoonosis.
