摘要
目的探讨生脉注射液对感染性休克大鼠血压的影响。方法采用内毒素合并D-氨基半乳糖造成大鼠感染性休克模型,观察生脉注射液对模型大鼠不同时刻SAP,DAP,MAP的影响。结果生脉注射液使血压维持在一定水平或血压下降速度变缓。结论生脉注射液对感染性休克动物有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shengmai Injection on blood pressure in rats after endotoxic shock. Methods The model of endotoxic shock in rats was induced by LPS and D - GalN. The effect of Shengmai Injection on SAP, DAP, MAP were studied. Results Shengmai Injection could stabilize the blood pressure or decrease the speed of descent. Conclusion - Shengmai Injection provides protective effects on endotoxic shock.
