摘要
村民自治为广大村民的自由自主和自治活动提供制度性平台,动员分散经营的村民形成集体行动以实现乡村治理的目标,是一个富有价值且需要深入探讨的问题。奥尔森等人基于不同的思路均注意到小群体比较容易实现集体行动,村庄作为一种小群体行动单位,曾经以其特有性质为村民集体行动的实现提供了平台,但随着社会的转型,村庄也正在剧烈变迁之中,直接影响着村民集体行动的达成。
How to organize the villagers to obtain the object of governing country is a valuable problem. Many other researchers have found that small group is easier to succeed in collective action than large group, though they have difference analytical path. Village had been a good unit for villagers＇ collective action for its clarity boundary. With the social transformation, village has been transferring. That influences the logic of villagers＇ collective action.
