摘要
"质量工程"建设在当前高等学校教育发展中具有重要的战略意义,要搞这个建设就必须首先确立自己的办学特色,而办学特色不仅仅是一所高校在教育教学实践过程中逐步形成的独特风貌和教育风格,更是教育教学创新、实践、沉淀、提炼的过程。作为地处西部的普通高师院校的中文专业建设,我们经过多年的探索与实践,已形成独具办学特色的"多纬度资源整合的文科创新型应用人才培养模式"。
Quality Project is of strategic importance in the development of higher education, which requires universities to establish their own specialties in teaching. However, the specialties in teaching are not only the peculiar teaching style formed in their practice of running a university but also the refinement of their teaching innovation, history and experience. In this article, the authors have probed into the training of the applied talents in the departments of literal arts in normal universities, using the construction of Chinese department as an example, which, after many years of construction, has formed a peculiar feature in integrating various resources for the cultivation of applied talents of literal arts. The authors think that their experience might be of help for the normal universities in West China.
