摘要
在数控伺服系统中,参数发生变化或受到外界干扰时,采用的PID控制方法容易导致过大的超调甚至引起震荡,从而使系统的动静态性能变差。针对此问题,设计了一种结合PID控制和模糊控制优点的模糊自校正PID参数控制器,并将其引入到数控机床交流伺服系统中。在Simulink环境下进行了仿真,结果表明,设计的模糊自校正PID控制器与传统PID控制器相比,改善了伺服系统的动态性能,具有较好的鲁棒性和抗干扰性。
Widely used in the CNC servo system, the PID control method can not achieve satisfying performance and will result in a bad dynamic and static state capability if object parameters change or disturbance happens. A fuzzy PID controller combining the advantages of PID controller and fuzzy control method which can achieve serf-modification of the PID parameter is designed and introduced to CNC servo system in this paper. Simulation result shows that the fuzzy PID controller has a better dynamic state performance and robustness than traditional PID controller.
