摘要
本文分析了高职院校大学生缺失学习动机的现状及其原因,阐述了高职院校大学生对多种需要的渴望,并着重论述了激发高职院校大学生学习动机的途径和方法。
This paper is designed to talk about the problem that a noticeable number of technical college students are lacking motivation for learning. Instances are cited for what and reasons are analyzed for why. Then, suggestions are made on how to help rebuild their motivation, including helping nurturing their learning interests, applying tactful encouragement, setting up achievable goals, seeking proper learning methods, stimulating their desire for knowledge, and using appropriate punishment.
