固态发酵玉米秸秆生产饲料蛋白发酵培养基研究 被引量:13

Study on the Fermentation Medium of Solid-State Fermentation of Corn Straw to Produce Feeding-Protein

摘要 为了提高玉米秸秆的综合利用效率,降低对环境的污染,保护生态环境,利用正交实验法研究了固态发酵氨化玉米秸秆生产饲料蛋白发酵培养基的不同配比对发酵产物蛋白含量的影响。结果表明,微量元素添加量对发酵产物真蛋白含量的影响差异显著(P<0.01),氨化玉米秸秆∶麸皮与微量元素添加量间的交互作用对发酵产物真蛋白含量的影响差异显著(P<0.05)。最佳发酵培养基配比为氨化玉米秸秆∶麸皮为100∶0,原料∶水为1∶4.5,微量元素添加量为4.4%,尿素添加量为5%。采用最佳发酵培养基,玉米秸秆经氨水氨化和固态发酵后真蛋白含量由2.05%提高到28.61%,比原料本身的真蛋白含量高1295.6%;粗蛋白含量由2.8%提高到32.39%,比原料本身的粗蛋白含量高1056.8%。 In order to improve the efficiency of muhiple use of corn straw, and reduce its pollution to environment and protect eco-environment, the effect of the combination of the fermentation medium of solid-state fermentation of ammoniated corn straw to produce feeding-protein on the protein content of fermented products were studied by using orthogonal design of four factors and three levels. Experiments were performed according to L27( 3^13)orthogonal design, in which the different ratios of ammonified corn straw to wheat bran(w/w )were 100:0, 95:5 and 90:10, respectively ;the ratios of solid material to water( w/w )were 1:3, 1:4.5 and 1:6, separately ;the concentrations of trace elements were 0%, 2.2% and 4.4%;and the concentrations of urea were 2%, 3% and 4 %. Data were analyzed using student t-test, analysis of variance test, and Duncan' s multiple range test. The results showed that the effect of trace elements on the pure protein content of the fermented product was significant(P〈0.01 ), and the effect of interaction between the ratio of ammoniated corn straw to wheat bran and trace element on that was also significant( P〈0.05 ). The optimal combination of the medium was 100:0 of ammoniated corn straw : wheat bran, 1:4.5 of raw material:water, adding 4.4% of trace element and 5% of urea respectively. Using the optimal combination of the fermentation medium, the pure protein content of the corn straw was increased from 2.05% to 28.61% after ammonification and solid-state fermentation, which was 1 295.6% higher than that of non-fermented control. While the crude protein content of the corn straw was increased from 2.8% to 32.39%, which was 1 056.8% higher than that of non-fermented control.
