摘要
高校教育行政诉讼是高校法治建设的重要组成部分,加强对其基本理论和实践的研究对于高校良性行政法治秩序的实现具有非常重要的意义。针对目前高校教育行政诉讼中存在的主要问题,宜从明确确立高校教育行政诉讼主体资格地位;建立健全高校教育行政诉讼法律法规体系;建立健全高校教育行政诉讼执法、司法制度体系等方面予以不断完善,为高校法治建设的实现营造良好的司法氛围。
Administrative litigation of college education is the key component of university legal system construction, and the study of its basic theory and practice is of great account for realizing benign administrative legal order. According to the current main problems, we need establish definite subject qualification status, sound laws and regulation system, law enforcement system and judicial system of administrative litigation of college education to create a good atmosphere for the realization of university legal system construction.
