摘要
文章从汉语词义的角度解释了和谐的含义,指出权利是和谐社会的媒介——只有权利和谐才有社会和谐。文章论述了建设和谐社会最重要的几组权利之间的和谐:社会弱势群体与社会强势群体之间的权利和谐;应有权利、法定权利与实有权利之间的和谐;原权利和救济权利的和谐;基本权利和非基本权利之间的和谐;私权利与私权利、公权力与公权力及私权利与公权力之间的和谐。
This article explained the word of harmony and point out the right is the medium of the harmonious society-as long as there is the harmony of rights,there is the harmony of society. At the end,the article discuss the harmony of several groups rights：the harmony between the rights of the weak and the strong; the harmony among deserved rights, statutory rights and actual rights; the harmony between original rights and remedy rights;the harmony between basic rights and no-basic rights;the harmony between private rights themselves;the harmony between public rights themselves;the harmony between private rights and public rights.
