摘要
少数民族体育文化的有效保护离不开社会公众的参与、政府的支持、保护机构的积极引导以及完善的法律法规。在实践中,少数民族体育文化的保护却存在着社会力量参与不足、政府职能失调、保护机构作用不突出和法律法规不健全等问题,针对这些问题,提出少数民族体育文化遗产保护的本源性、整体性、人本性和创新性原则,并在此基础上提出动员社会力量积极参与、发挥政府的主导作用、建立专业的保护队伍和保护机构以及健全法律法规等具体措施。
The protection of minority people＇s sports cultural heritage cannot be separated from participa- tion of the society, support from the government, guidance from protective organizations, perfect laws and regulations,all of which are far from sufficient. Therefore,emphases should be paid to improve the protection and to train more personnels.
