摘要
详细介绍了科研队伍的布局现状及层次结构,总结了我国人才结构调整及科研队伍建设的可喜成果,但同时也提出科研队伍布局还有待完善.为今后针对国情讨论科研队伍层次结构优化的问题提供了现实依据.
In this paper, the layout of the research team status and hierarchy are described, and that gratifying results have been got in Chinese scientific research personnel restructuring and building of the ranks, but the layout of the contingent of scientific research remains to be perfect are pointed out. This study is expected to provide the basis for the problem that optimize the research team level structure in future.
