摘要
在讨论高校体育教师队伍主要特点的基础上,分析了当前高校体育教师队伍建设中存在的几个问题,如教师队伍的专项结构和知识结构不尽合理、部分教师技术示范能力下降、招聘政策不够灵活、学校之间的资源优势不能互补、部分教师难以充分发挥专长。提出了提高体育教师队伍知识结构的层次、使教师队伍保持良好的职业能力、鼓励教师开设更多的课程、为实现体育教学人力资源共享创造条件、让每个教师的才华得到充分的施展等对策。
The paper focuses on discussing main features of a contingent of college PE teachers to analyze some problems in building up a contingent of college PE teachers, which show the unreasonable makeup of specialty and knowledge of the contingent, the declined demonstrating capacity of some teachers＇ , the inflexible policy of recruiting PE teachers, etc... Then some countermeasures are put forward, such as improving the makeup of knowledge of the contingent, enabling the contingent to keep necessary professional capacity, encouraging teachers to offer more courses, creating favorable condition to share human resources of PE teaching and enabling every teacher to fully put his talent to good use.
