摘要
该文介绍了LZR潜在酸的室内试验研究和矿场应用情况。室内试验结果表明,LZR潜在酸对地层组分具有较强的溶蚀能力,能延缓酸岩反应速度,有效作用距离长,对设备及管材腐蚀速度低,并具有良好的耐温性能等。LZR潜在酸配制方便,施工工艺简单,在矿场应用的60口井证明,该酸液对油水井的酸化处理增产增注效果明显,且有效期长,特别是对经多次酸处理效果不理想的井,用该酸液处理,效果也是显著的。实践说明。
This paper presents the laboratory research and field application of latent acid, LZR. Laboratory research shows that latent acid has a strong corrosion ability to formation components and can delay the reaction rate between acid and rocks, increase the length of effective reaction, and that it is characterized by low corrosion rate to equipment and pipe lines and good thermal resistance. Latent acid is easy to prepare. The implementation technology is simple. Cases of field application in 60 wells show that latent acid has an obvious and long effect of stimulation in oil and water wells, especially for wells that have been stimulated several times with acid without ideal results. Practice shows that LZR latent acid is a ideal liquid for in depth acidization.
