耐药基因反义寡脱氧核苷酸经声学微泡及超声介导转染对QGY/CDDP细胞多药耐药的影响 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤细胞多药耐药(MDR)是影响肝癌治疗效果的重要因素,因此逆转MDR成为研究肝癌治疗方法的热点之一。目前没有一个有效、靶向的肿瘤MDR逆转方法^[1]。本研究以声学微泡+超声+mdrl或mrp反义寡脱氧核苷酸(ASODN)逆转QGY/CDDP细胞多药耐药,探讨MDR的逆转方法及其机制。
