X射线诱导肝癌多药耐药细胞模型生物学特性的实验研究
A study of biological characteristics of hepatoma cells with multidrug resistance induced by X-ray
摘要
目前,药物介入性治疗是肝癌的重要临床处理手段,但肿瘤细胞多药耐药(MDR)严重限制了疗效。因此研究肝癌MDR细胞生物学特性,能够为肿瘤MDR逆转方法的探讨提供理论依据,对于改善肝癌的治疗有着积极意义。本实验采用X射线诱导建立人肝癌HepG2耐药细胞模型并对其生物学特性进行研究。
