摘要
在介绍图书馆开放服务的内涵和特点的基础上,指出高校图书馆开放服务是现代图书馆发展的必然趋势之一,并分析了影响高校图书馆开放服务的制约因素。
Based on introducing the connotations and features of the open service of the library, this paper points out that the open service is one of the inevitable trends of the development of the modern library, and analyzes some restricting factors influencing the open service of university library.
