摘要
分析了现代信息技术条件下高校图书馆服务的新特点,论述了现代信息技术条件下高校读者对图书馆员的素质要求,提出了提高图书馆员素质的途径。
This paper analyzes the new characteristics of the services of university library under the condition of modern information technology, discusses the requirement of the readers for the quality of university librarians under the condition of modem information technology, and advances some approaches for enhancing the quality of university librarians.
