摘要
本文对镓-铁试剂-表面活性剂体系进行了研究,由于加入了 CTMAB,荧光强度提高了13. 5倍,检出下限达5. 4ppb,线性范围为0～2. 5μg/25ml,用于测定金属铝片中微量镓,结果较好。
In this paper,a new fluoremetric method of gallium with Ferron and cetyltrimethylammoaium bromide(CTMAB)system is invetigated.The flouorescence intensity is greatly increased in the presence of CTMAB end the detection Limit is 5. 4ppb.The linear range is O-2. 5ugGa/25ml.The method has been used for the determination of trace Ga in metal aluminium.The results are satisfactory.
