摘要
本试验以大豆小真叶的愈伤组织为材料,分别于含0%(CK)、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%NaCl浓度的培养基中进行24、48、72小时短时间培养和16、20、24天长时间培养。结果表明,盐胁迫下大豆小真叶愈伤组织的可溶性蛋白含量升高,并随时间的延长而增加。在含盐培养基中加入0.8mmol/L的外源脯氨酸,分别进行24、48、72小时的培养,脯氨酸提高了愈伤组织的可溶性蛋白含量。
The young true leaves callus of soybean is cultured on the varity mediums which contain 0%(control),0 4%,0 8%,1 2%,1 6%.NaCl for shorter time ,i.e. 24,48,72hours and for longer time,i.e. 16,20,24days.Under salt stress,The accumulation of the resolvable protein in the callus is raised,and the longer time it is ,the higher level of accumulation is;callus is cultured in the mediums which contain varity salt concentration and 0 8% mmol/L outer-proline can raise the accumulation of resolvable protein in callus.
