摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗湿热型掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效。方法:采用中西医结合方法治疗湿热蕴结型掌跖脓疱病45例为治疗组,单纯西药治疗21例为对照组,用药12周。结果:治疗组总有效率90.11%,对照组总有效率61.90%。中西医结合治疗组明显高于单纯西药组;两组复发率对比也有显著性差异,单纯西药治疗组明显高于中西医结合治疗组。结论:中西医结合治疗湿热蕴结型掌跖脓疱病较单纯西药治疗疗效显著,复发率低。
Objective ：To study the curative effect of the combined therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicion （ TCM ） and Western Medicion（WM） on Damp-heat Type Pustulosis Pahnaris et Plantaris. Methods： Treatment group was 45 example which use the Combined Therapy cf TCM and WM on Damp - heat Accumulation Type Pustulosis Palmaris et Plantaris, simply WM was 21 example as control, after 12 weeks to observe the different of the clinical curative effect, liver function, kidney function, and blood fat before and after treatment. Results ： Totally curative effect of treatment group was 90.11% ,control group was 61.90%, there was significantly difference between two groups（X^2= 8.21, P 〈 0.05 ）, the former was great higher than the latter; the re- lapse rate of these two groups was also significantly different（X^2 = 10.92, P 〈 0.05） , simply WM therapy group was significantly higher than the Combined Therapy of TCM and WM group. Conclusion ： Curative effect of the Combined Therapy of TCM and WM was significantly higher than simply WM therapy, but with lower relapse rate.
