摘要
目的研究曲安奈德联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效，并与阿维A治疗掌距脓疱病的临床疗效比较，并总结其安全性。方法治疗组46例，给予曲安奈德40mg肌注，每2周1次，共2次，卡介菌多糖核酸1mg肌注，每天1次，共18次。对照组32例，给予阿维A20mg／天口服，连服4周。结果治疗组痊愈率为71．7％，总有效率为91．3％，复发率为11．9％。对照组痊愈率为40．63％，总有效率为65．63％，复发率为25％。痊愈率对比P〈0．01，总有效率对比P〈0．01。结论曲安奈德联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗掌跖脓疱病安全、有效，复发率低。
Objective To evalutive the effecacy and safety of triamcinolone combining with BGG-PSN in the treatment of pamoplantar pustulosis. Methods 78 patients with pamoplantar pustulosis were randomly divided into two groups. The therapentic group （n=46） was treated with intramuscular injetion of triamcinolone 40mg once two weeks for two times and BGG-PSN. lmg qd im. for 18 days. The control group（n=32） was treated with caps acitretin 20mg qd for 4 weeks. The effect was evaluated after finishing treatment. Result The cure and effective rates were singificantiy better in therapentic group than that in cntrol group （P〈0. 01）,No serious adverse events were recoded. Conclusion Triamcinolone combining with BGG-PSN is a simple effective and safe method of treating pamoplantar pustulosis.
