摘要
本实验为了模拟临床重型胰腺炎所引起的肺损伤的发病过程，用同种异体大鼠胰组织匀浆腹腔内注射的方法，制备胰源性肺损伤的大鼠模型，并同时加设脾匀浆对照组，旨在区别胰源性肺损伤与异体蛋白反应造成的肺损伤之间差异。结果表明，胰匀浆模型组与脾匀浆对照组之间差别显著，模型组肺脏病理改变明显加重，（Ｐ＜０．０１），以证明重型胰腺炎时各种胰酶对肺组织的损伤效应。
We prepared the rat model of pancrogenous Lung injury with the method of peritoneal injection of pancreatic tissue smear fluid.The pathologic changes of lung tissue under the light microseopy was more severely increased( P <0.01)than in the control group.
