摘要
为观察中药对大肠癌化疗期间免疫功能的影响，选取４７例术后病理证实的大肠癌患者在化疗时联合中药治疗。治疗结束后，对照组细胞和体液免疫功能均有下降，观察组免疫功能不仅没有降低，且较治疗前均有不同程度的提高。认为中药能够缓解化疗造成的免疫抑制，并能促进大肠癌患者免疫功能增强。
The effect of Chinese medicinal herbs on immunologic function in the period of chemotherapy of colon cancers was reported.47 patients with pathologically proved colon cancers were divided into two groups.26 cases of therapeutic group were treated with chemotherapy combined with Chinese medicinal herbs.21 cases of control group were only treated with chemotherapy.Reslt showed that T lympho cyte and immunoglobulin in control group decreased and CD 4,CD 4/CD 8 decreased significantly ( P <0.01～0.05) after chemotherapy.In therapeutic group,however,some immunological parameters increased and CD 4,CD 4/CD 8,NK,IgG,IgA increased significantly ( P <0.01～0.05).It was suggested that Chinese medicinal herbs could relieve immunosuppression created by chemotherapy and enhance immunologic function of colon cancers.
