摘要
对１０５例鼻咽癌较大颈淋巴结转移患者进行随机对照研究，３５例采用神龙液加热疗并放射治疗（Ａ组），３５例采用热疗加放射治疗（Ｂ组），３５例行单纯放射治疗（Ｃ组）。３组患者治疗前临床情况均相似，治疗结束时，颈淋巴结消退率Ａ组为６８．５７％，Ｂ组为６０．００％，Ｃ组为４２．８６％，以Ａ组为最高。经统计学处理，Ａ组与Ｃ组比较，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；Ｂ组分别与Ａ组、Ｃ组比较，均无显著性差异（Ｐ均＞０．０５）。研究提示中西医结合治疗鼻咽癌较大颈淋巴结转移是可取的，神龙液对鼻咽癌的热疗、放疗有增效减毒作用，不增加血行转移。
One hundred and five patients of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with large metastatic cervical lymphnodes were divided randomly into three groups, 35 for each group. Group A, treated by'combined therapy of Shenlong liquid with thermo-and radio-therapy, group B with combined therapy of thermo-and radiotherapy and group C with radiotherapy alone. The clinical conditions of the three groups were similar before treatment. At the end of treatment, the immediate regression rate of cervical lymphnodes of A, B, C group were 68.57%, 60.00% and 42.86% respectively, the effect of group A was the best. In comparison of group A and C, the difference was significant, P <0.05, but comparison of group B with A, or B with C, it was insignificant (P >0.05). The study suggested that the combination therapy of Shenlong liquid with thermo-and radio-therapy was preferable in treating large metastatic lymphnodes,Shenlong liquid could be beneficial to increase the sensitivity of tumor to thermo-and radiotherapy, reduce their side-effect and prevent the hematogenous metastasis.
