摘要
目的:探讨射频联合中药治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的护理方法。方法:对360例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者采用射频机透热,与中药的活血化瘀,攻坚散结,扶正固本结合进行治疗,在治疗各阶段提供相应的护理。结果:本组患者护理前生活质量评分平均40.1±8.3分,护理后评分平均47.2±8.2分,护理前后评分比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:射频热疗与中药联合治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤是一种较理想的药机合一的治疗模式,相应的护理措施是保证治疗效果的关键,是提高生活质量,减少痛苦,延长存活期的有效措施之一。
Objective： To explore the methods of nursing care in the treatment of malignant tumor at middle and advanced stage by application of radiofrequency therapy combined with the Chinese herbal medicine. Methods： Radiofrequency hyperthermia combined with the Chinese herbal medicine was applied to 360 patients with malignant tumor for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and resolve mass and stagnation so as to restore normal functions of the body. Nursing care was taken at the each stage properly. Results ： The average scores of quality of life of the patients were 40.1± 8.3 before carrying out nursing care and were 47.2 ± 8.2 after nursing care （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The combined therapy was one of the ideal medical treatments for malignant tumor at middle and advanced stage and corresponding nursing care can ensure the effect of the treatment so that the patient＇ s quality of life will be increased and sufferings be relieved.
