摘要
目的了解南通市医院胃镜清洗消毒现状,以改进其消毒质量。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对南通市23所拥有胃镜的医院胃镜清洗消毒状况进行评价。结果在所调查的医院中,有40%的医院没有设专门清洗消毒室,基本清洗消毒设备配置不全,有通风设施者占30.4%,有超声清洗器的单位只占13%。有69.6%胃镜清洗消毒程序完成不达标,县级医院尤为严重。清洗消毒的胃镜检出细菌总数超标率为16%。结论南通市医院胃镜清洗消毒工作有许多环节不规范,硬件设施配置不全,消毒质量有待改进。
Objective To investigate the current status of gastroscope cleansing and disinfection in hospitals in Nantong city in order to improve the disinfection quality. Methods On - the - spot inspection and sampling examination methods were used to evaluate the situation of gastroscope cleansing and disinfection of 23 hospitals in Nantong City. Results A- bout 40 percent of the hospitals lacked the room for gastroscope cleansing and disinfection. The basic equipment of cleansing and disinfection in most hospitals were incomplete. The hospitals having ventilation facilities accounted for 30.4% and those having ultrasonic cleaning units accounted for only 13%, The gastroscope cleansing and disinfection procedures did not reach the standard in 69.6% of the hospitals, especially in the county hospitals. The disinfected gastroscopes with total bacteria count exceeding allowable limit accounted for 16%. Conclusions Many links in gastroscope cleansing and disinfection work of hospitals in Nantong were not standardized. Hardware facility was incomplete and the disinfection quality must be improved.
