摘要
目的了解安徽省各级医院内镜消毒管理现状,以便改进内镜卫生消毒质量。方法采用问卷调查和现场调查方法对各级医院内镜消毒情况进行了调查。结果在38所不同级别医院中,全部都建立了内镜管理制度,将内镜消毒管理纳入医院质量管理体系。接受过内镜清洗消毒和医院感染管理相关知识培训的内镜从业人员占93.10%。内镜室设有独立清洗消毒间的医院占86.84%,洗消间具有良好通风条件者占94.74%;有97.37%的医院配备了专用贮镜柜和清洗消毒槽,有92.11%的医院使用酶洗剂清洗内镜,配备有超声波清洗机和高压水枪分别占86.84%和73.68%。有专用干燥设备的仅占26.32%。结论安徽省各级医院内镜消毒管理比较规范,但在某些环节上仍存在一些问题,应进一步加强管理。
Objective To know the present situation of the management of endoscope disinfection in the hospitals at all levels in Anhui Province. Methods A questionnaire and on - spot - survey was sent to 38 hospitals equipped with endoscopes. Result In these 38 hospitals, 100% have had a system of endoscope management established and integrated into their quality control system. 93.10% of the staff who engage in endoscope related work have been educated and trained on hospital infection related knowledge as well as that of the cleaning and sterilization of endoscopes. 86.84% of the hospitals have isolated cleaning and sterilizing rooms, of which 94.74% are well ventilated; 97.37% of the hospitals have special purpose storage cabinets for endoscopes as well as cleaning and sterilizing troughs. 92.11% of the hospitals use multienzymes and timers when doing cleaning, 86% are equipped with ultrasonic washers and 73.68% high pressure water guns. Only 26.32% have special -purpose drying apparatus. Conclusion Overall, the management of endoscope sterilization in our province is in conformity to the standard but still flawed in some respects, calling for further improvement in the way of management,monitoring and occupational protection ,
