摘要
由于地调和区调不能及时了解上海220 kV电网分区的变化,在事故紧急处理过程中将存在隐患。研究开发了电网分区同步信息系统,可以实时了解分区的变化,可与区调批处理拉路系统结合,应对电网事故处理。并可具体应用于紧急减负荷和超供电能力拉路容量实时统计、并解操作、分区负荷实时统计。
The local and zonal dispatchers do not have complete knowledge on the changes happened in 220 kV zones in Shanghai, which might cause troubles in emergency treatment. To solve the problem, the zonal synchronization system was developed, which can be used to get any real-time changes of the zones and can be integrated with the batch break-off system for zonal dispatch to handle grid emergency. What's more, the system can also be applied to real-time break-off capacity statistics, interconnecting and splitting operations, and real-time statistics of zonal loads.
