摘要
以南方电网超高压输电公司和华东电网公司为事例,对国内电力公司运行管理模式新进展进行总结,分析了上海超高压输变电运行管理模式现状,指出存在的问题,从生产指挥中心构建、专业内部结构调整和自动化功能应用水平提升三个方面,探讨了未来变电运行管理模式优化的可能性。
The new development of operational and managerial modes for power companies in China is summarized, and the status quo of current modes as well as their problems is analyzed. The possibility of mode optimization in the future is discussed in the aspects of production command center construction, adjustment of internal specialty structure, and automation application level improvement.
