摘要
介绍了智能电网的概念,分析了建立在IEC61850标准化基础上的电网二次设备技术需求的趋势及建立在网络通信基础上的功能分布和重构的需求趋势,提出适当超前发展RTDS等仿真测试能力,以确保技术安全顺利实施的设想。
The concept of intelligent grid is presented, and the demand trend of grid secondary equipment technology based on IEC 61850 standard is analyzed, as well as that of function distribution and reconfiguration based on network communication. Suggestions on appropriately exceeding development of simulation and testing capability such as RTDS to ensure technology security are proposed.
