摘要
介绍了中国科协科技期刊与新闻媒体见面会制度的缘起,以及近两年来的实施情况和实施效果,认为见面会制度构建了学术期刊发表的最新科研成果大众化传播的有效机制,实现了学术期刊、论文作者、新闻媒体和社会公众多方共赢,同时指出了见面会制度目前存在的不足;简要介绍了国外科研成果发布的"限时禁发"制度以及相应的惩戒措施;提出了改进和完善见面会制度的具体建议。
CAST News Briefing for Academic Journals and Mass Media is organized by China Society of Science and Technology Journalism ＆ Science and Technology Review Publishing House. This paper introduces the origin of the system, as well as the implementation in the past two years. The system is considered an effective mechanism for releasing the latest research results to the public. A multi-win situation was archived among academic journals, authors, the media and the public. On the other hand, the deficiencies of the system are pointed out. A brief introduction to the ＂embargo＂ policy is given. Measures to improve the system are put forward.
