摘要
地方高校学报成为“双效”“双爱”期刊的可行性办法包括管理层提高对本校学报的重视程度,增加本校学报在教师职称评定、科研成绩测量中的分值,编辑部及时与作者群和相关部门沟通交流,组稿时注意选题的地方性、现实性和基础性。
The journal of local universities should be the periodical of ＂double effects＂ and ＂double loves＂ too. Hence the manager of local universities needs to pay regard to journal by increasing the grade in appraisal of teachers＇ job and scientific research . The editorial department promptly links up the exchange with the author group and the correlation department, and pays attention to the local characteristic feasibility and foundation of he selected topic when soliciting contributions.
