摘要
目的了解精神分裂症患者的婚姻质量,为做好精神分裂症患者的家庭及社会支持提供科学依据。方法选择2007年3—9月期间住院的已婚缓解期精神分裂症患者96例,使用Olson婚姻质量问卷(Olson marriage quality questionnaire,ENRICH)对患者及其配偶进行调查,内容包括:婚姻满意度,性格相容性,夫妻交流,解决冲突的方式,经济安排,业余生活,性生活,子女和婚姻,与亲友的关系,角色平等性和信仰一致性。结果男性精神分裂症患者各因子得分均低于常模(P<0.05);女性精神分裂症患者以及所有患者的配偶有10个因子的得分低于常模(P<0.05);配偶的婚姻满意度、性生活和信仰一致性得分低于患者(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者及配偶的婚姻质量较低。对患者的婚姻状况进行有针对性的干预,可提高其婚姻质量状况以改善患者的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the quality of marriage of the patients with schizophrenia in order to provide scientific basis for better family and social supports to them. Methods From March 2007 to September 2007, 96 inpatients with schizophrenia during remission and their spouses were investigated by the Olson Marriage Quality Questionnaire （ENRICH）, including marital satisfaction, character compatibili- ty, couples＇ communication, ways to resolve conflicts, economic arrangements, amateur life, sexual life, marriage and children, relationship with relatives and friends, role of equality and consistency in belief. Results For male patients with schizophrenia, the scores of all factors were lower than the norm;for female patients with schizophrenia and all spouses of such patients, 10 factors were scored lower than the norm;for their spouses, the scores of marital satisfaction, sexual life and consistency in belief were lower than the patients. Conclusion The quality of marriage of the patients with schizophrenia and their spouses was lower. The marital status of patients should be intervened purposefully so as to improve their quality of marriage and their therapeutic efficacy.
