摘要
在需求确定且与价格具有相关性的前提下,针对单供应商和单零售商组成的两级供应链,在分析了普通契约不能实现供应链协调的基础上,构建了供应链利润共享契约决策模型。研究表明,利润共享契约的应用可以实现供应链系统的协调,并重点探讨了利润共享契约有效实施的条件和利润分配问题。
Based on a one supplier and one retailer supply chain facing certain demand and price dependent demand, analyzing the common contract can＇t coordinate the supply chain, the paper sets up a profit-sharing contract decision model and discusses how to implement profit-sharing contract and how to assign the profit.
