摘要
物流能力有三种要素构成即物流主体、物流客体、物流载体,三者之间相互作用、相互影响,从而作用到区域经济,影响到区域经济的发展。这三种要素中,物流主体是最为活跃的,对其他的二因素起着决定性的作用。但物流主体的决定性作用又直接受区域物流经济环境的影响。中亚区域的物流主体有着自身的特征,它被中亚物流经济环境的特殊性所决定的。本文重点论述中亚区域物流主体的特征及其所在的物流经济环境状况。
Logistics capacity is composed of three elements as subject, object and facilities which are interactive. However logistics subject is the most active one than other two and its decisive role is directly affected by the regional logistics economic environment. The paper discusses the features of central Asia regional logistics subject and the central Asia regional logistics economic environment.
