摘要
为了进一步了解微卫星标记在绵、山羊亲缘关系分析中的应用,该文简要介绍了微卫星标记的原理和特点,详述了近年来微卫星标记技术在绵羊、山羊亲缘关系研究中的应用进展以及存在的问题,并提出了当前研究的建议。
On this paper, the principles and traits of Mieresatellite were introduced to get a further acknowledgement about the present application of Microsatellite on the analysis of genetic relationship on Sheep and Goat breeds. The development of the Microsatellite application on the analysis the genetic relationship among sheep and goat breeds were reviewed, the existed problem and development trend were proposed,some suggestions about present studies were given at meanwhile.
