摘要
在基础医学课程阶段综合考试(第一阶段考试)中,存在笔试工作量大和口试准备时间短的弊端。基础医学院对第一阶段考试进行改革,笔试采取计算机组题的无纸化考试、口试采取提前一学期通知题目的方法,减少了笔试的工作量,让学生在口试准备中充分锻炼综合能力。
There are disadvantages in examination in basic medical stage. For example, there is too much quantity of work in written examination and the time is short for preparation for oral examinatinn. Basic medical college reforms the examination in the first stage. The exam is composed of two parts. One is performed in computer instead of being written on paper, the oth- er is oral test whose topic is informed one term ahead of time. These can improve the students＇ ability to summarize what they have learned in class.
