摘要
通过我院一年来的医学课程考试方法改革实践,分析了考试改革方案特点:注重课堂表现、见习表现、临床案例分析、过程性评价。总结了成效及问题,最后提出三项解决途径:教师培训、与教学改革同步、长期制度化。
Through a year of reform on medical courses examination,the authors analyzed the characteristics of these programs which focused on classroom performance,clinical performance,clinical ease analysis and process assessment, summarized the effects and problems of the reform,then made three solutions, which were teacher training,teaching reform simultaneously and long-term institutionalization.
